Too lazy to retranslate and arama had a good translation so here it is: ““I heard something shocking about a certain group today. I had guessed at it before, though. As an fyi for everyone, this person is a songwriter who has written some songs for both NEWS and Tegomass. This tweet was also baleeted at the speed of light so you know something’s going down.

Everyone on that 2ch thread pretty much guesses it’s about NEWS breaking up. There are a few people trying to theorize it’s actually KARA because he’s written songs for them before, but KARA’s already had breakup drama in the past and it wouldn’t be a “behind closed doors” kinda thing. Oh and one girl just wants everyone to know that that’s what NEWS gets for putting fugly Koyama at the forefront.

We’ve already written about how NEWS hasn’t had a single release in basically a Johnny’s millenia. King YamaP is going solo and Nishikido is mostly hangin’ with Kanjani8 these days so I would not be surprised if Johnny just lets NEWS go on indefinite hiatus. What will this mean for NEWS fans? Y’all will probably jump ship to either Kanjani8, KUNTT or Arashi while pirating mp3s of Yamapi’s new solo single every once in a while. Who knows? Maybe once freed from the Johnny proprietary lock down Tegoshi might grow a beard and form a screamo band and Masu might get really fat and write a (1) cooking book and then subsequently (2) a weight loss book. Koyama will end up at your local Family Mart with a couple o’ man-yen worth of pachinko debts and everyone will forget who that other last member is. Yeah, that guy.
